Crossroads of Pella provides financial assistance to those in need. Families
without basic utilities or housing are a priority. Due to the large number of requests
we receive, there is a limit of $100 per annual request for families. Families
who chronically are unable to meet their bills will be referred for counseling in
financial management. Upon initial request for funds, individuals are required to
fill out a request form. This allows Crossroads staff the opportunity to inform families
of programs in place to help low income families. Crossroads cannot guarantee assistance, but each request will be given
